W.M.T. and Gloreal have agreed to furnish, in respect to the other, technical know-how, marketing experience in respective territories relating to the products and any future development and improvement relating thereto. The legal agreement has been acquiesced upon in accordance to the Italian as well as the Indian law that is levied on us as a registered and legal entity.

We, as per the alliance, will represent W.M.T. as an exclusive agent in the Indian trading territory. We are also shouldered with the responsibility of establishing contact with prospective customers in possible geographical territories and to divulge details of global trading parameters that in turn entitles W.M.T. to implement and execute the affirmed terms of agreement.

W.M.T. will assist us in engineering the products and prepare specifications for the job on the basis of all the data and information shared by us. In lieu, Gloreal may individually execute the testing and development for the orders received by W.M.T. or in assistance with each other.

This alliance also houses a point of agreement on the line of competence to avert conflicts of interest on the level of preference in the market as the manufacturers of similar products.
